These simulations are typically built around strategies, processess and events (conversations etc.). Simulations are used in conjunction with online/offline training and/or assessments. Our simulations are developed by CXOs and/or Professors from renowned B-Schools like IIM and XLRI. Leadership, managerial skills and other soft skill simulations have been developed around popular models. Humanlinks can create any non-functional simulation in 2-weeks time.
